Three Queens Members of Congress Call on Head of U.S. Postal Service to Improve Borough Service
January 29, 2018Three Queens congress members have called on the head of the U.S. Postal Service to address mail delivery problems in Queens.
The officials, in a Jan. 23 letter addressed to Postmaster General Megan Brennan, listed a series of issues such as delivery delays, incorrectly delivered mail, package problems and poor customer service at local post offices.
The mail conditions are “frankly unacceptable,” the letter said, which was signed by Congress members Joseph Crowley, Grace Meng and Gregory Meeks.
