Postal Workers Still Deliver In The Snow, But They Need Your Help
January 21, 2022Jack, the North Hills neighborhood postal worker, drops off some deliveries, bundled up to keep warm from the brutal temperatures.
He was one of thousands of United States Postal Service delivery workers out during the winter weather warning.
“With winter weather coming, we always have preparations that are going into place,” said Philip Bogenberger, a communications specialist with USPS. “We’re talking to our carriers about the attire that they need to wear from weatherproof boots and dressing in layers.”
