Dorian Will Affect Delivery of Paper, Postal Service

Expected high winds and heavy rain creating hazardous conditions are likely to limit deliveries of Tuesday and Wednesday editions of the Palatka Daily News and mail delivery.

The safety of our staff and readers is our primary concern. The Daily News will print editions focused on Hurricane Dorian coverage both days, going to press early to ensure employee well-being.
