CPC International Postal Update

The world’s postal services continue to grapple with challenges from COVID-19, using technology and different distribution methods for deliveries. The Universal Postal Union’s new terminal dues regime went into effect July 1, and the organization postponed its quadrennial Congress over pandemic concerns.
