Policy discussion of how the Postal Service's household and small business consumers of monopoly products and services have fared under Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act (PAEA) reforms, including how significant issues for consumers raised during PAEA deliberations have been addressed.

Discussion led by John Waller, Director of the Postal Regulatory Commission’s Office of Accountability and Compliance, Bob Cohen, former Director of the PRC’s Office of Rates, Analysis and Planning and widely-published economist, and Michael Schuyler, Senior Economist with the Institute for Research on the Economics of Taxation.
